The rarest NPC of them all. When he appears, he's a breath of fresh air - no complaints, just helpfulness. He'll even intervene when other NPCs get out of hand, tackling them to the ground to restore order. After 3 minutes or three "defeated" NPCs, he'll quietly slip away, leaving behind a generous tip as a token of appreciation.
